Your role : Work closely with the accounting team, primarily for invoicing and project follow-up.

What you will accomplish with us
- Manage the entire invoicing process, follow-up on projects, and ensure the required documentation is in place;
- Participate in various accounting cycle processes;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
What you have :
- DEC in accounting or equivalent experience;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in Word and Excel software;;
- Knowledge of accounting software (Acomba is a plus);
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written required);
- Interest in architecture or the arts in general.

- Proactivity and a high level of autonomy;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Outgoing personality and ability to work in a team;
- Occasional travel to the St-Hyacinthe office;
- Considering the nature of the work and the importance of team interaction, the job is primarily in person but may occasionally be performed in a hybrid mode.
