Your role : Work closely with the accounting team, primarily for invoicing and project follow-up.

What you will accomplish with us

  • Manage the entire invoicing process, follow-up on projects, and ensure the required documentation is in place;
  • Participate in various accounting cycle processes;
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

 

What you have :

  • DEC in accounting or equivalent experience;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel software;;
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Acomba is a plus);
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written required);
  • Interest in architecture or the arts in general.

  • Proactivity and a high level of autonomy;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work in a team;
  • Occasional travel to the St-Hyacinthe office;
  • Considering the nature of the work and the importance of team interaction, the job is primarily in person but may occasionally be performed in a hybrid mode.
